Tim Storm From FatWallet is Finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year
One of the most popular guys in the coupons industry – Tim Storm, the founder of FatWallet.com , is one of four finalists for Entrepreneur Magazine’s Entrepreneur of 2010 contest. Tim started FatWallet in 1999 and built it into one of the leading retail information sites on the web. The site quickly became a favorite spot for deal hunters with it’s vast scope of coupons and offers from major retailers.

* Mark Lacy of Benchmark Research, an $11.3 million Texas company that specializes in comprehensive management of medical research trials.
* Wendi Goldsmith of Bioengineering Group, a $9.2 million Massachussetts firm that specializes in science, engineering consulting and sustainable design.
* Daniel Lubetzky of KIND Healthy Snacks, a $20 million New York company that makes natural whole nut and fruit bars.
Storm founded FatWallet in 1999 and now employs 55 people at the company’s headquarters on the old Wagon Wheel Property. FatWallet had $12.3 million in revenues in 2009.
FatWallet is described this way by Entrepreneur Magazine.
“FatWallet is an online shopping resource that connects merchants and consumers by promoting rewards, coupons and special discounts. Membership is free for the consumer and funded by merchants who pay a commission of the generated sales.”
We wish Tim best of luck in the competition and hope one of the most prominent names in our niche will win this prestigious award!
